Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, giving you two weeks from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Any proof regarding the buying or product is mandatory. 

To start the return process, contact us at info@sppark.in. Please note that returns should be sent to: 21 Lowell Crescent, Brampton, Canada, L6X 5S1. Returns that are sent without prior approval will be unacceptable

Once approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for returning your item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are non-returnable, including perishable goods (like food, plants, or flowers), custom-made products (such as personalized or special orders), and personal care items (like beauty products).

 If you have any concerns or questions regarding your item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to handle an exchange is to return the unwanted item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refund Process

After we receive and review your return, we will inform you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
